Our Living Social deal provides a high value "Clean Day" experience!
What does the deal include?
Each Living Social voucher is good for a thorough cleaning of your kitchen, bathrooms, and floors. (Option 1 is for homes up to 1500ft2; Option 2 is for homes up to 4000ft2).
The cleaning consists of:
Kitchen- we clean the exposed surfaces in the kitchen, like the cabinet fronts and outsides of appliances (inside of the microwave, too!), countertops, sinks, trim, baseboards, and floor!
Bathrooms- we clean and sanitize the exposed surfaces of the mirror, your sink/vanity/countertops, cabinet fronts, tubs/showers, all toilet surfaces, trim, baseboards, and floors
Floors- hard floor surfaces are first vacuumed then damp mopped; carpeting is vacuumed with a commercial grade upright vacuum. We do not move furniture; however we’re happy to get behind sofas or other pieces if you move them out from the wall before the cleaning!
Also, the deal is applicable to occupied units only- meaning it cannot be used toward a move-in/move-out cleaning.
What about dusting? Why isn’t this a part of the deal?
Dusting needs, as well as dusting expectations, can be very different from home to home! Though kitchen, bathroom, and floor surfaces are fairly standard between houses, dusting requires either an As-Needed cleaning or in-home consultation (before regular services) to make sure we fully capture each home’s specific needs.

We are happy to “upgrade” your Living Social deal toward an As-Needed Cleaning by applying the voucher value! Simply contact our office at (919)-682-5326 option 2 to set this up. We’ll have you fill out a Cleaning Checklist before services to make sure the team knows your home’s needs!

The Living Social Promotion can be used for homes located in Durham, Chapel Hill, Carrboro, Hillsborough and the following 2 Raleigh zip codes: 27613 and 27617.
Currently our next cleaning slots are available beginning February 20th. Please contact our office at (919)-682-5326 to set up your cleaning. Our office hours are 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday. If you reach our voicemail, please leave a message with your name and contact info and we will respond just as soon as we can! (Typically we get quite a few calls right after running a Living Social promotion- we respond to each and every one of them, but it may take us 1-2 business days because of the volume!).
Once a cleaning is confirmed, we will need 2 business days’ notice to reschedule otherwise the voucher will be subject to forfeiture. To reserve your slot, we likely turned down other requests for that same day!
Access
Please decide how you would like us to access your home on the day of the cleaning. We most recommend getting a key to our office before the day of the cleaning (let our office know you are sending it in or you can drop it by- depending on your preference, we will either leave it at the house after the cleaning or send it back in the mail). Leaving a key hidden or scheduling to be present at the time of the cleaning are also possible, however our cancellation policy applies if we are not able to access the home when the team arrives.
“Cleaning before the cleaners”!? What actually needs to be done to prepare for my Clean Day?
Watch those floors!: Please make sure that any movable items- especially chairs- have sliders on them if they are on a hard floor surface. This ensures that floors will not get scratched during the cleaning process! Also, removing as much as possible from the floors ahead of time (things like clothes or toys) means more of the floors will be included in the cleaning!
Trash bags: Please leave out the replacement trash bags you would like us to use in the kitchen and bathrooms
Pets: Let us know how you would like us to handle your pet arrangement. Animals that won’t try to bolt, or don’t act protectively when new people are in the house are welcome to hang out during the cleaning; otherwise please crate or make other arrangements for your pet.
