Complete with consistency in team, scheduling, and routine, we offer Regular Cleanings for house cleaning services on a weekly, every two week, and every four week basis. You can have your "Clean Day" on its way for good in just 3 easy steps:
1. Contact our office: We'll give you a site-unseen ball park quote and schedule an in-home consultation
2. Free consultation: We meet with you in your home and create a routine for your home's specific needs. Set rates for the Initial and Regular cleanings will be provided with the consultation.
3. Cleanings begin! The Initial Cleaning is a deep cleaning of all of the surfaces listed below with a special focus on minimizing the home's dust level and getting the home surfaces to sparkle! Subsequent regular cleanings maintain these same surfaces, with some rotation given to low-traffic areas as indicated.

The cleaning focus is similar to an "as-needed deep cleaning" but with more attention to construction dust-types and its settling patterns. The recommended cleaning frequency for most carpet types is once a year. In conjunction with regular vacuuming, annual carpet cleaning removes rough particles that cause wear damage to carpet fibers. Our carpet cleaning process dries out within 4 hours. You can add stain protection to the cleaning to make the carpets last even longer! Rates determined by the number and size of rooms and any stain treatment services. We can also add upholstery or interior auto cleaning. Most jobs $125-400.
