Maintenance House Cleaning Services in Durham, NC

After meeting with you in your home to discuss house cleaning services, we will develop a routine specific to your home's needs. For optimal consistency in team, scheduling, and routine, we offer Maintenance Cleanings for house cleaning services on a weekly, every two week, and every four week basis. New clients begin their house cleaning services with an initial Deep Cleaning that includes all of the listed surfaces below. Subsequent regular cleanings maintain these same surfaces, with some rotation given to low-traffic areas as indicated. Seasonal Items listed below can be added to regular cleanings as Special Requests.

* Our crews use a stepstool and extension tool to clean areas up to 8 feet in height.

** Most inner home surfaces are cleaned at every cleaning. Some areas needing less frequent cleaning, such as ceiling fans, light fixtures, and trim in low-use areas, are monitored by the team leader and cleaned as needed.

*** Most display items are dusted themselves as well as the underlying surface. Significant knickknacks/objects in a set display (i.e., books on a bookshelf) are dusted on top of and around the surfaces.
